a pair of McDonnell-Douglas F-4J Phantom II,s of the US Navy,s Blue Angels display team,1969-1973 show seasons. Phantom II=a brick with razor-blades attached to it,and a lot of sheer brute force to make it fly.......! to this day,still regarded by many as the best mount ever used by the Blues for Show Value/Audience Impact,due to it,s size,speed and loud afterburners. replaced by the A-4 Skyhawk due to rising fuel prices during the early 1970s.
